Industry 4.0

Industry 4.0 indicates the current industry trend towards the development of automation within production processes through the use of new important technologies.

By improving the organization of industrial processes, important advances are in fact achieved in terms of production yield, product quality and environmental working conditions.

For these reasons, in recent years, Zambello has dedicated significant investments to increasing and perfecting the integration of industrial processes, introducing many technological innovations in the various areas.

The Industry 4.0 formula, for Zambello group, is expressed in two significant acronyms:

• ZPS (Zambello Production Systems)
• ZMS (Zambello Monitoring System)

The first concerns the engineering of the special process automation that Zambello has introduced in its factories.
The second concerns the creation of a new electronic device, applicable to all gearboxes, which allows the monitoring, through sophisticated sensors, of both the working conditions of the gears and bearings and those of the lubricating oil.
