Gearboxes for single-screw extruders<\/h2>\n

The ZPE series<\/b> for single-screw extruders confirms Zambello’s position on the world top level
\nas to the transmissible torque as referred to weight and dimension of the gearbox.
\nThe series of this range are absolutely complete and go from the smallest gearbox,
\nof size 90 (for extruders with 25\/30 mm screw diameter) up to gearboxes of size 630 (for big extruders
\nwith 300\/400 mm screw diameter)<\/b>.<\/p>\n

The excellence level of this range concerns the design and the execution of the gears,
\nmanufactured and tested entirely by Zambello, as well as the components, supplied by the major European manufacturers.
\nDue to the politics of the constant extension of the spare-parts stock,
\nZambello is able to ensure the punctuality of the delivery times.
\nThe ZPE range provides 3 different series:
\nZPE1<\/b> for high speeds (reduction ratio from i=2 to i=5.6)
\nZPE2<\/b>\u00a0for medium speeds (reduction ratio from i=6,3 to i=28)
\nZPE3\u00a0<\/a><\/strong> for medium and low speeds (reduction ratio from i=6,3 to i=125).<\/p>\n
